The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame will welcome Allen Iverson, Shaquille O' Neal and Tom Izzo. They join Sheryl Swoopes and姚明 Yao Ming as the latest class for induction.

Iverson was arguably the toughest player to ever play the game as well as one of the most talent. He never backed down from a challenge and carried an entire franchise to the 2001 NBA Finals against O'Neal's LA Lakers. Iverson was named MVP that season and was a four-time scoring champion.

O'Neal dominance wasn't seen since Wilt Chamberlain and hasn't been seen since. When the Lakers acquired him in 1996, O'Neal continued the excellence at the center position that was occupied by fellow hall-of-famers George Mikan, Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar. With O'Neal leading the way, the Lakers won three consecutive championships from 2000-02. Shaq was named finals MVP in all three contests.

Congratulations to the class of 2016!!
